Where I work
Most of my work is within a half hour of the lake. Anything farther, text me and I'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
- St. Louis County: Duluth, Hermantown, Proctor, Rice Lake, Saginaw, Canyon
- Carlton County: Cloquet, Esko, Carlton, Scanlon, Thomson, Wrenshall
- Lake County: Two Harbors
I don't paint in Wisconsin, on the Iron Range or farther up the shore than Two Harbors.
Before you ask
Do I need an HOA's or a historic district's approval?
If your block has either, ask them first. I can give you the color names, sheens and a short description of the work in writing to take along.
What about weather and drying time up here?
Outside work needs dry days and a warm enough forecast. I check the data sheet for the paint we're using and watch the week ahead. If the weather turns, I move the day and tell you.
